Client Service Agreement

This Agreement is entered between Nexlynk Overseas Careers (“Service Provider”) and the undersigned client (“Client”).

1. Nature of Services

Nexlynk Overseas Careers provides overseas advisory and documentation guidance services only. We do not guarantee admissions, visas, employment, or immigration outcomes.

2. Scope of Services

• Profile evaluation
• Advisory guidance on study, visa, or job seeker pathways
• Documentation structuring support
• Process guidance

We do not act as immigration authorities or legal representatives.

3. Client Responsibility

The Client agrees:

• To provide truthful, complete, and accurate information
• To submit genuine documents only
• To understand that final decisions are made by authorities
• That Nexlynk Overseas Careers does not prepare or submit applications unless agreed in writing

4. No Guarantee

The Client understands that visa approvals and admissions are beyond the control of Nexlynk Overseas Careers. No guarantees are provided.

5. Fees

Fees are charged for advisory time and professional services and are not linked to outcomes.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed strictly by the Refund Policy published on the website.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nexlynk Overseas Careers is not responsible for decisions made by universities, embassies, or authorities.

8. Termination

Services may be terminated if false information or misconduct is detected.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
